2016 CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES:
- 11/18: ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (not guaranteed)
- 12/9: ALASKA & HAWAII STANDARD ORDERS (not guaranteed)
- 12/16: DOMESTIC FOR US 48 STATES STANDARD ORDERS (not guaranteed, but 99% sure it will get there based on past years)
- 12/19: DOMESTIC EXPEDITED ORDERS FOR US 48 STATES (guaranteed by shipper)
ORDERS ON BACK ORDER OR PENDING:
If our order was out of stock, and back ordered (you were notified), we will have our warehouse ship them when they arrive. If your order was pending for some reason (i.e. we were waiting for your reply on chip color, item style, card size, etc), we would of emailed you, and will ship your item as soon as you reply to our email (we will be checking emails).
If your item arrived defective, damaged, the wrong item or you never received it in the time-frame estimated, please email us as we will try to resolve issue. All damaged/defective items we ship are 100% insured, so we will replace at no charge per our return policy.
ALL OTHER QUESTIONS/INQUIRES:Please email (not voice message) since we check emails daily (M-F), and may not check voicemails regularly.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations due to custom restrictions.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping costs are based on the costs charged to us by either UPS, FEDEX or USPS, any extra handling/frieght fees, plus any packing costs (labor and supplies). All products are shipped via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Canada Standard, FEDEX Ground, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day or USPS 1st Class, Priority or Express mail. Products are normally shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order (usually within 24-hours), and shipping time is approximately another 3-8 business days.
Alaska and Hawaii shipping may be extra and may take a few days longer for delivery, and is shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air. Freight charges for larger items (such as Tables) are extra. You can find out freight cost in product description for bulky items usually over 100lbs.
Overnight and second and third day shipping is available for an additional shipping charge in shipping options or upon request. We use UPS and FEDEX OVERNIGHT, 2ND DAY AIR, OR 3 DAY SELECT for expedited shipping. Please email us at email@example.com with questions about shipping options.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING METHODS: We reserve the right to change shipping methods from UPS/FEDEX Ground service to USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail, and from UPS/FEDEX 2nd Day Air to USPS Express mail at our discretion, and depending on the circumstances. We will usually only change shipping services if we feel it will better service our customers based on the type of item(s) they order.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Please allow 1 business day for processing from the time the order is received for all expedited delivery options. If order is placed on a holiday or weekend, we will process on the following business day. It may take up to 24 hours to get your order processed, packed and to the shipper, so always allow for an extra day when choosing an expedited method (for example; if Expedited Shipping option is chosen, allow 1 business day for processing, so item should arrive by the 4th business day after order is received. We will not be held responsible for orders arriving late unless we did not process it within the 1 business day as described.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. We'll even pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If not our error, buyer is resposible for all shipping charges.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

30-Day Return Allowance
We're confident you'll be satisfied with your order. Upon receipt of our products within the three days of delivery, please check each item and if you find you are not satisfied with it, we will gladly replace or refund your purchase within 30-days of receiving your item. For defective/damaged items, our policy is to replace at no additional charge. If item is not defective or damaged, and buyer does not want a replacement, we will only refund for the cost of the item(s) once item is received back to our warehouse. Buyer is rresponsible for all shipping charges,
For all other returns, we may charge up to a 25% restocking fee for items not in new and original condition, and all applicable shipping charges must be paid by the buyer. Please DO NOT send returns to the return address listed on package. Since we ship our products from different warehouses throughout the country, please contact us before you submit your returns!
